Then the upselling is getting ridiculous.
I had made a reservation 6 months prior to our arrival. I reserved exactly what I wanted. Upon our arrival, Thrifty was understaffed and had a huge line. The worker at the front of the line was constantly trying to upsell everyone with add-ons. First, he tried to charge me $60 to have both me and my wife as drivers. Then he tried to sell insurance. Then he tried to sell a ski rack on the roof. Then he tried to convince us to switch to a larger car. I realize that is his job, but when
