If your looking for the cheapest $ paint job in town this place is it. But the quality of work is sub par. The owner is more than willing to correct discoloration, dirt in paint job, peeling of clear coat, bubbles in clear coat, and unsanded clear coat. But they don't catch these obviouse imperfections on their own. I had to bring it to their attention and each time I bring it in for warranty it comes back with a new problem. For a minor scratch on my bumper it has taken me 4 trips so far to get things to an acceptable level. Hopefully this is the last time.
We can't do 0 stars? Crooked Al's is a liar and cheat. They repaired 1 thing on my car, but there were 2 new spots of damage. Deny deny deny, accuse accuse accuse. This guy is rude and a crook. They will damage your vehicle worse than when it goes in, insult you, and deny all responsibility. Plus hold your vehicle hostage while he and his cronies gang up, 'your word against ours." Are you kidding me? What happened to honest business and good people? I cannot believe they CRASHED MY CAR and refuse to fix it. The guy driving my manual stalls it out in front of me - lurches to a violent stop. They don't even know how to drive a clutch?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEVER AGAIN. Steer clear of these crooks and their junk yard. Alpine Collision in Eagle seems more expensive...but would have been worth every penny.
I have been to Crazy Al's several times with my vehicles. They have the best prices by far anywhere and the EVEN helped me save my deductible! I think they were very professional. I have absolutely no complaints. I will continue to take all of my vehicles there and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Crazy AL and Joanie
