Tires are well priced with the sale but the service center is a bit disorganized. They didn’t have any appointments available for a month, so I came in during “walk-in hours”. I was told it would take 3 hours and began to wait patiently. At the 3.5 hour mark I went to the desk to check the status and verbatim, the lady told me she didn’t know where my vehicle was. After they located the keys and paperwork, they finally pulled my truck into one of the bays. The techs were fine and seemed to do a good job, but it took just shy of 5 HOURS from start to finish. More accurate wait times and an organized front desk would warrant much more customer confidence.
