Do yourself a favor, find other storage!
First off, their phone system is terrible. It has a delay that makes having a conversation very difficult. Second, their storage lot has spaces that are so tight you will probably back into to another vehicle. Third, when I called them to cancel my month to month service, they still charged me. After repeated calls to get the charge credited to my card on file the owner's mother (who answers the phone) said that they were too busy to do the refund because the owner was training for a winter job! When I told them that excuses like that are not good customer service and he should make time to take care of his business first, she said, "Thank you for your opinion. Good bye." and hung up on me.
Awful. Don't trust this company. Had a vehicle stored for several months. When I had the vehicle removed, towed home and sold to another party, DOTSERO MINI STORAGE (their real name) continued to charge me for 8 months. Since I was traveling I did not see these charges and the owner claimed this was my fault. Refusing to resolve this issue after numerous conversations via phone and in person, I will be reporting them to the BBB, my credit card company and small claims court if they do not refund the $200 in fraudulent charges. In addition, there is another vehicle parked there now...so charging two people for one spot? FRAUD!
