Worst customer service. Ever. No one follows up, you have to call them to get status, updates, remind of questions, etc. I heard this from lots of other people before I went there but since they are the biggest furniture store around I figured how bad could it be? It's bad. It's a shame too. The people are nice and the selection is pretty good.
I love this store! I called and talked to the owner Devon described the color scheme and size of my room. She made suggestions, sent picks and pretty much handled everything. I love the stuff she picked espesically the slate inlaid head board on the bed. Everyone that has seen my guest room tells me it looks like they ate staying in a luxury resort hotel. Fantastic service, great furniture, great prices..... Only place I will buy furniture.
