The location of the campsite is a distance from the town of Gypsum, it is not worth the time and gas to check out.
This is not a campground. When I arrived at the way point there was one site with a family sized tent on it. There was nothing else to indicate that anyone was actually camped there. I wondered if one of the locals had set up the tent to keep travelers away.
There was not a campground there!
